Return Policy

Refunds are made under certain circumstances within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please do not return product you have mostly used. You must email sales@joepalmahealthproducts.com and request a return authorization. Without a return authorization, your return will not get processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are always happy to exchange product. Please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
